End-to-end cert pipeline test page.

If you can read this with a green padlock, the full chain works:

1. Posh-ACME requested a Let's Encrypt cert (DNS-01 validation)
2. Cert was imported into kv-acmepoc Key Vault
3. App Gateway's certuser MI pulled it from KV
4. App Gateway terminates HTTPS with the cert
5. App Gateway proxies to this Azure Storage static website

Served via App Gateway listener acmepoc-test-listener on acmepoc.ascent360.com.
